Welcome to my personal website!
I’m a doctoral student of mathematics at Michigan State University (MSU) under the great supervision of Elizabeth Munch .
My research interests are the foundations and applications of topological data analysis. Currently, I am working on various problems on interleaving distances, particularly on the generalization and computation of such distance for modules defined over arbitrary posets.
Beyond my research, I am thriving as a mathematics instructor at MSU and finding great joy in teaching. You can discover more about my teaching experiences and philosophy in my teaching portfolio .
Prior to MSU, I completed my MSc in Applied Mathematics in La Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 2021. I completed my B.Sc in Mathematics at the same university (with honors) in 2018.
